[How to] Disable overlay Scrollbars in Ubuntu

Enter this command in termianal gsettings set com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode normal If want to set it to default, enter this in terminal gsettings reset com.canonical.desktop.interface scrollbar-mode
